LAUNCH YOUR STR QUICKLY
We are here to save you time, money, & stress! We partner with STR designers & homeowners to get designs installed quickly. The typical time line is 3-weeks, 2-weeks to receive furnishings, and 1-week for install. We understand STR's are investments, and renting them quickly yields a higher return for owners. Especially during a time when cash flow has been all outbound.
SERVICES
Design
Our designs are tailored to your location and focused on enhancing the guest experience. We provide a shopping sheet, 2d floorplan with furniture layout, mood boards for each room, and an install guide.

Receiving
We will be present at the property to bring in packages and throughly inventory each delivery. This is generally a 2 week job, during which 100's of packages are received.
Procurement
We will audit the shopping sheet to ensure all guest-ready items are included, order everything for delivery within the specified window, and handle any damaged items and/or returns.
Install
We will take your design and make it a reality. We build and place all furnishings, set up the kitchen, wash all bed and bath linens, and set up the owner's closet. The average house takes us 250 trained man hours.
