All installs take 1 week (7 days).

Launched Host requires the following items to complete your install:

- Floor plan with furniture layout

- Inventory list broken down by room with items we will be receiving

- Mood boards by room showing items that will be going in the room

The team will stay at the property during the install. This allows the team to work longer hours, and find quirks and issues with the property that you may not be aware of. Let us find issues before your guests.

All design plans, construction, and post construction cleaning must be completed prior to arrival.

Yes, construction and a post cleaning must be completed prior to arrival.

Yes, we ask that you ensure mattresses, bed linens, shower curtains, shower rings, shower rods, pillows, coffee maker, laundry detergent, and dish detergent are among the items at the house upon the teams arrival.

We do not:

- Set up your listings on any platform

- Hire your cleaning crew

- Interview your cleaning crew

- Paint

- Electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work

- Take photos for your STR listing

- Return packages

- Do landscaping

Launched Host offers the following services:

- Wallpaper install

- Build and place all furniture, art, curtains, linens, and home decor

- Hang string lights up to a certain height

- Organize owner's closet

- 100pt house checklist to ensure it is guest ready

- Install solar or battery operated security cameras up to a certain height

- Install and set up all plug in tech

Yes, we offer receiving services 2 weeks prior to install.
