How long does an install take?

We have discovered that in order for you to get the best outcome; we are now including receiving and install as a packaged service.  This typically takes 2 weeks for receiving and 1 week for install, totaling 3 weeks.

What do I need to provide to you for you to be able to do my install?

Launched Host requires the following items to complete your install:
- Floor plan with furniture layout 
- Inventory list broken down by room with items we will be receiving (link to items, qty, and description)
- Mood boards by room showing items that will be going in the room

Where does the install team stay during install?

Accepted Answer

The team will stay at the property during the install.  This allows the team to work longer hours, and find quirks and issues with the property that you may not be aware of.  Let us find issues before your guests.

What needs to be completed prior to your teams arrival?

All design plans, construction, and post construction cleaning must be completed prior to arrival.  All appliances must be present and in working order.

Does construction need to be finished prior to install?

Accepted Answer

Yes, construction and a post cleaning must be completed prior to arrival. No additional vendors may be on site while we are there. This is a non-negotiable for us because we will not able to complete the job to our standards and yours.

Do we need to ensure any items will be there upon arrival?

Yes, we ask that you ensure mattresses, bed linens, shower curtains, shower rings, shower rods, pillows, coffee maker, laundry detergent, and dish detergent are among the items at the house upon the teams arrival.

We do not: 
- Set up your listings on any platform
- Hire your cleaning crew
- Interview your cleaning crew
- Paint
- Electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work
- Take photos for your STR listing
- Return packages
- Do landscaping
- Anything over 9 feet up

Launched Host offers the following services:
- Wallpaper install
- Build and place all furniture, art, curtains, linens, and home decor
- Hang string lights up to a certain height
- Organize owner's closet
- 100pt house checklist to ensure it is guest ready
- Install solar or battery operated security cameras up to a certain height
- Install and set up all plug in tech

Can I hire you to receive packages prior to install?

Yes, we now only offer install with receiving.  We have found this gives our clients the best results.  With the install and receiving process it typically takes 3 weeks.

From the moment we receive all the necessary information to the moment we present the design is typically 3 weeks.

Do you have to physically go to the property?

Accepted Answer

No, all design is done virtually.  We are able to do this with a Matterport.  The Matterport will map the house and give us the measurements we will need.

What do we provide with the design services?

We will supply a shopping sheet listing all sourced furnishings needed for you launch, mood boards for every room to visualize the design, a floor plan with furniture layout drawn to scale, and a detailed install guide.
