Hi! I am Kim Fitzpatrick, the owner and founder of Launched Host. As an owner/investor, and super host across multiple states, I bring a wealth of experience to the STR industry. After spending 20 years as a PE teacher, I transitioned to hosting, which quickly evolved into helping other investors set up their STR's. This revealed a significant need in the market, leading to the creation of Launched Host.
